Dr. Joon-Ki Han is a globally recognized authority in Human Resource Management and Organizational Development, with nearly three decades of distinguished experience at the forefront of HR leadership.

He has built an exceptional career across top-tier multinational corporations, consistently leading transformative people strategies and large-scale organizational change. Between 2005 and 2018, he held a series of pivotal executive roles, including CHRO of Beiersdorf Korea (NIVEA, La Prairie) and Organizational Development Director at the global headquarters in Hamburg—becoming the first non-European leader to hold this position in the company’s 120-year history.

He later served as CHRO and Country HR Business Partner at Microsoft Korea, followed by his role as the first integrated CHRO at eBay Korea, where he led post-M&A integration and enterprise-wide change management. At Cigna Korea (LINA), as HR Vice President, he played a critical role in doubling both organizational scale and revenue through strategic talent management and leadership development.

Beyond corporate leadership, Dr. Han has been deeply engaged in academia and executive education. He has served as a professor and senior consultant at leading institutions and consulting firms in Korea, and as Professor and Managing Director of the Career Development & Startup Center at SolBridge International Business School.

He currently serves as Professor of Technology Management & Innovation at Busan International College, Tongmyong University, Adjunct Professor at IE Business School, an independent business consultant and executive coach, and a global career coach with Careerminds.
