He began his career at Samjong KPMG and Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where he developed deep expertise in corporate strategy, M&A, and business transformation. He later joined LG Electronics, leading global strategy initiatives and new business development.
Transitioning into academia, he joined SolBridge International School of Business, where he led strategic planning and internationalization across multiple colleges.
He was subsequently appointed as the Founding Dean of Busan International College (BIC) at Tongmyong University, where he successfully launched an innovative international college and implemented new education models aligned with global trends.
Currently, as Partner at Andersen Consulting, he leads the education and public sector practice, advising institutions on transformation, global strategy, and innovation. His Hybrid Thinking framework serves as a core methodology in his consulting and executive education work.
In parallel, he has delivered executive education programs and strategic workshops for leading organizations including Samsung Electronics, LG Group, GS Caltex, SK Telecom, Hyundai Card, POSCO, CJ, Shinhan Bank, and KB Financial Group, covering areas such as Hybrid Thinking, design thinking, logical thinking, and leadership development.
